Matrix Appoints Leslie Weare As Business Director

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Leslie Weare as our new Business Director. This key appointment is part of our ambitious expansion strategy as we continue to build on our reputation as one of the UK’s leading workforce management solutions providers. Leslie will report directly to Chief Strategic Officer Suzi Smith and will be part of the strategic team responsible for driving growth across new market sectors.

Strengthening Our Leadership Team for Future Growth

Leslie brings over 29 years of leadership experience in the health and social care staffing industry. Most recently, she served as Senior Business Director at Hays where she spearheaded the growth of health and social care partnerships across the South and East regions. Her career also includes senior roles at Reed Health & Care and The Prince’s Trust where she demonstrated a strong ability to develop strategies, empower high-performing teams and foster long-term partnerships.

Speaking about her new role, Leslie commented, “I aim to ensure our customers get the very best from Matrix and all it can offer. My focus is on helping our clients solve staffing challenges while making the best use of their resources.
