Roger joined Matrix at the beginning of 2023 assuming responsibility for leading Matrix’ transformational growth strategy. Roger has over 25 years’ experience within the field of human capital management and workforce solutions. His experience spans working in prominent leadership roles both for global HR Outsourcing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Managed Service Provider firms as well as experienced gained within HR functions of large blue-chip organisations. Much of Roger’s recent experience has been spent working in an advisory capacity in the workforce technology space together with providing leadership for organisations undergoing services transformation and people change.
Ashley joined Matrix SCM at the start of 2022 to lead the further development of its technology platform. Ashley has previously helped businesses transform into being digitally led and driving growth from new platforms and associated services. Ashley is a technologist by training and spent a large part of his career in technology roles at Thomson Reuters, and more recently at Personal Group Plc.
Mark joined Matrix SCM in the summer of 2021 with a brief to lead the company on its next phase of investment and growth. Mark has previously led and scaled businesses in the Media and Marketing industry and brings a wealth of operational and commercial experience. Mark also spent much of his career as a management consultant where as a Partner at Accenture he led the creation of their digital transformation practice. Mark is passionate about people and believes that happy people, make happy customers which ultimately makes for happy numbers.
Noel is a Chartered Accountant with Board level experience of a range of businesses, with a variety of ownership structures both public and private. He brings a wealth of knowledge to Matrix SCM from his track record of delivering financial growth and business transformation within the technology sector, most recently as CFO with ATCORE Technology.
Jodie joined Matrix in March 23. Jodie has worked in a variety of generalist HR roles for 15 years, and is a Chartered member of the CIPD, Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Qualified Coach. She is passionate about continuing to build on our already strong foundations of being “a great place to work”, where we limit / banish? the Sunday night blues, have great processes and people fundamentals and every member of Team Matrix to be their brilliant, best, authentic selves.
Susie co-founded Security Watchdog in 1998 with her family and joined Matrix via acquisition in 2023. She has over 35 years’ experience in employment screening, security and risk mitigation services. She is an acknowledged influencer in the UK background screening industry and currently sits on the US Board of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), following tenure as Chair of the PBSA Europe Council in 2022. Susie’s big passions are customers and colleagues. Over the years she has developed Matrix Security Watchdog’s customer centric approach as a key differentiator. She has also nurtured a diverse and inclusive culture throughout the business, creating an environment where all colleagues can learn and thrive. An advocate of digital transformation and change, in 2022 she and her team successfully completed a multi-year digital transformation of Matrix Security Watchdog to align to customer requirements today and in the future.
