Siobhan has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a passion for helping people identify their unique skillset. Throughout the last 7 years, Siobhan has been adding Social Value to our local authority contracts across the UK. She works with clients to identify their priority areas and facilitates employability workshops in schools, colleges and community centres.
Jodie has a degree in Human Rights Law and is interested in making sure everyone has access to opportunities and is treated fairly. She has worked for charities that help disabled people and charities that advocate for people in difficult situations. She was recently promoted to a senior member of Social Value team and helps create the content to share with people in employability & life skills workshops.
The newest member of the Social Value team, Macey, joined us in April 2024. A law graduate with particular interest in social justice, and supporting others to face the world of work with confidence, she’s looking forward to getting involved in our customers’ communities and delivering employability workshops alongside the team. In her free time Macey loves to bake, read and is an enthusiastic animal lover.
