Our Employee Re-Screening Package is designed to provide an updated assessment of an existing employee across key areas of security, financial integrity and public reputation.

It may be appropriate where an employee’s responsibilities, level of access, risk profile or internal compliance requirements have changed, or where your organisation periodically repeats relevant screening checks.

The package includes:

  • Basic Criminality Check – UK – A Basic criminality check conducted by the DBS or DS providing information on any unspent criminal convictions recorded.
  • Social Media Check – A search of a candidate’s social media footprint utilising a combination of machine learning and human researchers to identify adverse content or behaviours relevant to an employer.
  • Financial Probity Check – Current Address – A search of publicly recorded financial information including County Court Judgements, Individual Voluntary Arrangements, bankruptcies, Debt Relief Orders and their Scottish equivalents to identify potential vulnerabilities such as poor financial management, or risk of bribery or corruption.

Together, these checks can help identify relevant information or changes since the individual was previously screened.

This package can be purchased online on a pay-as-you-go basis for an individual existing employee.
