Chief Executive Officer
Neil leads Matrix’s overall strategy, bringing extensive global workforce experience from senior roles at TAPFIN, AMS, Pontoon Solutions, GRI and Adecco Australia and New Zealand. His focus is on scaling Matrix as a connected workforce ecosystem where technology strengthens, rather than replaces, the human expertise at the heart of workforce solutions.
Jacob Mallet
Chief Financial Officer
Jake leads Matrix’s finance strategy, supporting sustainable growth, commercial discipline and strong financial governance across the business. His focus is on ensuring Matrix has the financial clarity, control and insight needed to invest, scale and deliver long-term value.
Suzi Smith
Managing Director,
Matrix Workforce and Milestone
Suzi leads Matrix Workforce and Matrix Milestone, bringing deep experience across workforce strategy, resourcing operations, client services and talent acquisition. Previously VP of Solutions and Alliance Partners at Adecco Group, she helps clients improve visibility, governance and value across complex workforce and supplier environments.
Roger Clements
Managing Director,
Matrix Security Watchdog
Roger leads Security Watchdog, drawing on more than 25 years’ experience across human capital management, HR outsourcing, RPO, MSP and workforce technology. A recognised industry voice, he focuses on helping organisations manage hiring risk and compliance through trusted screening expertise, smart technology and human oversight.
Karina Townley
Managing Director, Operations
Karina leads Matrix’s operational strategy, bringing 21 years of experience from Guidant Global, including seven years as Managing Director of Workforce Solutions. Her focus is on strengthening operational delivery, customer experience and the scalable processes needed to support complex workforce solutions.
Ashley Doody
Chief Product and Technology Officer
Ashley leads Matrix’s product and technology strategy, including the continued development of Matrix Prism®. An electrical engineer by trade, he combines hands-on curiosity with strategic execution, leading major technology projects that help place expert people, better data and smarter workflows where they create the most value.
Jodie Ratcliffe
Chief People Officer
Jodie leads Matrix’s people strategy, supporting the culture, capability and colleague experience needed to deliver Matrix’s growth ambitions. Her focus is on building an organisation where people can do brilliant work and contribute to our purpose of connecting people to work.
