Matrix appoints Roger Clements as first CMO to lead transformational growth

 We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Roger Clements as chief marketing officer to lead the company’s transformational growth agenda.

In his role, Clements will be tasked with elevating Matrix’s position in the market and implementing key strategic initiatives focused on product innovation and strategic customer engagement; enabling further accelerated growth as the business continues to extend its reach of markets and services across both public and private sectors.

Roger brings over 25 years’ experience within the field of human capital management and workforce solutions with a successful track record of challenging and redefining traditional workforce engagement models to bring sustainable and positive change.  His experience spans working in prominent leadership roles both for global HR Outsourcing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Managed Service Provider firms as well as experienced gained within HR functions of large blue chip organisations.   Much of Roger’s recent experience has been spent working in an advisory capacity in the workforce technology space together with providing leadership for organisations undergoing services transformation and people change.
