A new technology platform from Matrix simplifies and accelerates sourcing and recruiting the right temporary staff.

London, June 18, 2024: Following a successful 12-month period of agile development with early adopter clients and users, Matrix Prism, the ground-breaking new contingent workforce management platform exclusively available from Matrix, will roll out with the first tranche of employer, recruiters and suppliers already reaping the benefits of faster, easier processing of indirect personnel.

“Matrix Prism is transforming the recruiter and supplier experience, revolutionising the way employers attract, recruit, and manage their indirect workforce,” said Matrix Chief Strategic Officer Suzi Smith. “The success with the early adopters underlines our commitment to investing in the latest technology to make sourcing and hiring the increasingly important contingent workforce as simple, easy and compliant as possible.”

The Matrix Prism project is headed up by Matrix Chief Product and Technology Officer Ashley Doody, who commented: “We’re delighted with the success of the last 12 months and the feedback from our customers has been really encouraging. Our core objective with the new platform, all built in OutSystems, is to increase our speed to market and have the ability to build new solutions more time-effectively. This means we’re able to evolve and enhance functionality within the platform and can react much more quickly to changing requirements – both in the market and from our customers.”
