We began working with Anchor in 2021 and provide a Neutral vendor model for the provision on temporary agency workers across their job categories for their care homes. 

The Problem

Anchor struggled with the fulfilment of roles across the social care sector. They found it difficult to maintain compliance and were not ensuring that workers were appropriate for roles that they were submitted for.  

The Solution

Working with Anchor we were able to tailor supply chains with suppliers who we know are capable of providing staff across the social care sector. 

We were also able to ensure that Anchor only received appropriate staff for the roles they were submitted against, as well as ensuring their compliance.  All pre-employment checks are carried out prior to the candidate starting their placement. 

Our solution also provides Anchor with real-time management information.  This enables them to better monitor their temporary agency staff.

Our solution enables Anchor to meet their fulfilment requirements across all of their job categories whilst allowing them to better monitor all of their temporary agency staff.  By providing Anchor with pre-vetted candidates we ensured that compliance was dealt with effectively and that only the highest-quality and appropriate candidates were submitted.
