London, April 22, 2024 – Team Matrix are thrilled to announce the appointment of Suzi Smith as our Chief Strategic Officer. Suzi’s addition to our team marks a significant milestone in our journey towards delivering the World’s leading workforce management solutions.
In her new role, Suzi will be joining our Executive Team, spearheading our customer and product strategy. With a strong focus on strategic planning and execution, Suzi will be leading on our commitment to driving initiatives that reinforce our customer-centric ethos and long-term vision.

Suzi brings a wealth of expertise to her new role, having previously served as Vice President of Solutions and Alliance Partners at the Adecco Group. Mark added; “Her background in talent acquisition and workforce planning aligns perfectly with our goals of delivering exceptional customer experiences.”
In her capacity as Chief Strategic Officer, Suzi will oversee the Matrix portfolio of customers, focusing on strategic client management, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and product innovation efforts. Working closely with our Executive Team and Board of Directors, Suzi will hold ultimate responsibility for nurturing and expanding our customer base, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Suzi, as excited as we are to begin this journey together, shared; “I am thrilled to embark on this journey with Matrix, where I will lead strategic efforts to drive growth and success.
